Preparing a turkey in India - thanks to our butcher the supply is great, biggest challenge is a day without power outage to have the oven run, so Camilla and I started at 7am. We had 19 guests - lots of kids who had never seen the traditional yellow, orange and green veggies. They all loved the turkey and the cake, then off to riding scooters.
